Registration Fee - $45.00 PER CHILD
Single Rides - First payment due upon signed contract. (Payments are due in advance)
Weekly Fee - First payment due upon signed contract. (Payments are due on Friday before the week of service)
Monthly Fee - First payment due upon signed contract. (Payments are due the Friday before the week of service)
Late Fee:
There will be a charge of $15.00 per day late fee until the day the invoice has been paid in full.
The charge will automatically be added to your invoice at the close of business on Fridays, which is 6:00 p.m and daily by 9:00 AM until paid in full.
Late notification:
Any time that your child will not require transportation as scheduled, the notification must be made to My Dear Transportation no less than four (4) hours prior to the scheduled pick-up. Parents/Caregivers/Legal guardians may email mydearkids@mdkidzsvc.com or text (770) 744-7518, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
For each failure to provide this nonfiction, there will be a $30.00 service
charge on the next invoice.
School Breaks:
All services are prepaid and nonrefundable. We cannot provide refunds or credit for any reasons including but not limited to - absences, cancellations, holidays, school breaks, sick days, expulsions, or suspensions. All fees are prepaid
and non-refundable.
During the Thanksgiving Break or Christmas Holiday, Parents are required to pay a minimum of HALF of their NORMAL weekly rate to secure the child's seat. No additional credits are offered.
If your weekly rate includes an agreed upon discount and/or Sibling discount you will pay your normal weekly rate during these school breaks. Payment must be received in advance by 6:00 pm on Friday.
Early Release:
We accept and accommodate early release requests based on first-come, first-serve.
Since we provide transportation to multiple school districts we have very limited slots available. We ask parents to submit the request soon as possible in order to be placed on the schedule. Parents will receive a confirmation text and/or email within 24 hours if we're able to accommodate the request for the day.
